Hi Sue,
Here at Harrisburg Area Community College, we have been using Wolper ever since I was hired as Library Serials Specialist in 2008. They are our vendor of choice for all print serials. I have a wonderful Customer Service Rep who responds quickly to my emails, phone calls, etc. and who hasn’t changed in 6 years. Ordering, renewing, obtaining pricing, claiming, and viewing invoices for multiple campuses is easy to navigate and understand on Wolper Web. We use another vendor for our online only subscriptions, only because they have more experience with that format. Please let me know if you have any specific questions I can answer.

Hi all,
We’ve had excellent service from WTCox. Switched from EBSCO to them about 4 years ago and have been extremely happy with service and value. Not sure who posted about them being purchased but that’s not right, they’ve been around as an independent company for over 40 years. They do partner with other companies for added value products. Really great people from top to bottom!

Subject: [SERIALST] EBSCO customer service
Hello,
Does anyone with a huge collection of subscriptions (10,000 or more) prefer WT Cox or another subscription agent to EBSCO? Has anyone found EBSCO to have lacked in customer service since their move to Alabama from the representatives in Chicago? Has anyone ever made a switch of a large collection of subscriptions from one vendor to another?
Any help appreciated.
You can email me off the list.
Thanks, Robin
