We have EBSCO and get support from the LA office. LaTisha La Rue is our fantastic rep. She is responsive and effective. Also, whenever a problem child comes up, 99% of the time she’s got it right, and I’m the
one who’s confused.
We’ve had occasion to work with Betsy Gardiner (ILS issues) and Megan Cotton (invoicing) from EBSCO as well, they are good too.

Subject: Re: [SERIALST] EBSCO customer service
Hi,
We also switched a smaller 1,500 title collection -to Swets. Switching is hard, receipts get bungled up because vendors expect payment from the old company. We've been happy with Swets, though. We've been with them for 4 years, I think.
Customer service is centralized, but like others, we can contact our sales rep or a manager for problems or specialized situations, respectively.

Hello,
Does anyone with a huge collection of subscriptions (10,000 or more) prefer WT Cox or another subscription agent to EBSCO? Has anyone found EBSCO to have lacked in customer service since their move to Alabama from the representatives in Chicago? Has anyone ever made a switch of a large collection of subscriptions from one vendor to another?
Any help appreciated.
You can email me off the list.
Thanks, Robin
