NISO Annual Meeting

Join us for our Annual Meeting to learn about the status of the organization, all the work that has taken place in 2013 and what's coming in 2014. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to participate. Although not required, please let the NISO office know that you will be joining us by e-mailing nisohq@niso.org to aid us in logistics planning.

The NISO Update provides the latest news about NISO's current efforts. Working group members will provide updates on projects newly underway or recently completed:

·         Open Discovery Initiative (ODI), Marshall Breeding, Working Group co-chair and Independent Consultant

·         Open Access Metadata and Indicators, Heather Reid, Working group member and Director of Data Systems, Copyright Clearance Center

·         Protocol for Exchanging Serial Content (PESC), Leslie Johnston, Working Group co-chair and Chief of Repository Content, Library of Congress

·         Presentation and Identification of E-Journals (PIE-J), Ed Cilurso, Standing Committee co-chair and Vice President, Production, Taylor & Francis

·         ResourceSync, Nettie Lagace, NISO Associate Director for Programs
