Hello, Brenna.  Yes, we have had this situation recently.  I don't remember which title it was, but we just let it go.  How would you make it available to your patrons?  How do you publicize its availability?  How do you troubleshoot access?  It doesn't make sense to me why they would want to kill one of their biggest subscriber markets.  After all, libraries typically pay higher rates on journal subscriptions than individuals do.

Sincerely,

Subject: [SERIALST] CMYK Magazine

We have a print subscription to CMYK Magazine to support our design program, and we received notice a few weeks ago that they will be changing their format from print to app only. Right now, it is only available on Apple products, but they are working on Android. Has anyone else encountered this or a similar situation where a publication changed its format to app only? If so, were you able to have institutional access? How did you handle the situation?

Thanks,

Brenna (Henry) Wade
