Dear fellow Serialists:

 

The ALCTS Planning Committee and ALCTS Board of Directors are preparing an updated 2-year Strategic Plan and would like your input. This survey asks you to comment on areas in the current strategic plan, and identify additional areas that are important to you.

 

The ALCTS Strategic Plan identifies areas of focus for ALCTS, along with specific ways to measure these goals. The Plan is modified as existing goals are met, critical areas successfully addressed, and new goals and critical areas arise. Unlike traditional strategic plans, this plan does not attempt to include all the activities of the organization, but instead focuses on a few areas that would benefit from increased attention.

 

This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. The deadline for your input is September 11th.
