Hi Jack,

According to CCM 16.2.4 category iii "The name of the same corporate body is added or deleted anywhere in the title or the representation of the name is changed" is a minor change.

Why is this not considered a title change, with a new OCLC record created for MIT technology review? Does some rule apply to keep this all under one title?

The issue Vol. 115, no. 6 has this in the From the Editor: We look different. What’s changed? … We added “MIT” to “Technology review.” Their website, technologyreview.com, shows MIT technology review.
