We use Absolute Backorder (East Coast Exchange)
and USBE. Absolute Backorder notes one does not have to be on the
east coast to use them! USBE is always a shot in the dark (you send
a list of what you need, and they see if they have the issues), but with
East Coast Exchange you know exactly what you're getting when you order.

[SERIALST] Looking
for back issue vendor
Sent by:

Hello all,
We have been using Hans Kuperus
Periodicals for many years to replace missing issues, but it seems that
they have gone out of business. Does anyone have a suggestion for
a reliable back issue vendor in the southern California area?
Thanks,
Philip
