Hi, all- apologies if I could have found the answer to this question in the list archive, but does anyone have a claims manual they would be willing to share?  (Please feel free to message me off-list.)  Our particular systems here at UMD are the Aleph ILS and EBSCO's Claim Checker, in case anyone else has that combination.  But I'm mostly just curious to see how people have organized their documentation, regardless of what systems you use, since there are a lot of if-then scenarios.

Thanks,

Rebecca
