Hi Karen
It looks as if the /direct might be what is causing the
problem. Is it working OK on-campus (through your IP?). Without it is fine,
and presumably you have an off-campus username/password or something to let you
see content. Hard to advise further without knowing exactly what your set-up
is but it might be worth making that amendment to the URL in 360 Link to see if
things improve.

Subject: [SERIALST] Electronic access to International Journal of
Integrated Mktg Communication
Good
morning,
I have been trying to establish consistent access to the above title from the
publisher Racom. Rich Hagle has been my contact there.
We are having the most trouble with remote access. Off campus users get an
error message like, "The URL that you have entered in your browser is
incorrect" or "The Link that you clicked on incorrectly points to
this page." or "You are the owner of this web site and you have not
uploaded your website correctly." the URL we are using is
www.ijimc.com/direct
We do not subscribe via EBSCOHost, but directly from the publisher. And our
link resolver is 360 Link (Serials Solutions).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
