Can anybody tell me what happens in the click through process, i.e. where the patron ends up? For example, we have a title “Science” that has 431 click throughs according to Serials Solutions, yet when I get the vendor statistics it only shows 2 uses for the same time period. Do we count click throughs then because the patron ends up with the full text article, and, if so, why doesn’t it register in the vendor’s statistics? Or can anyone tell me what this “Science” scenario means and how we should deal with it? This a very expensive title and we are trying to figure out if we should subscribe to the online version or not. As usual TIA for your responses.

Sincerely,

Tom Evans
