There was another major loss of functionality with the move from the Highwire platform to the Silverchair platform. Open URL linking (e.g. linking to the journal articles in the list of references) no longer works. It took me months of communicating with the publishers before they admitted this loss of functionality. I don’t think they realized that this would be the case before the move to the new platform. Just like what happened to you, my email directly to Silverchair went unanswered. I’ve just joined the list recently. So if this has been discussed already, please pardon the repetition.
