We use Harrassowitz’ HERMIS service, which is very helpful. We get our statistics twice a year, both JR1 & BR1,
and add non-counter statistics before running our analysis. Prior to that, we tried 360 Counter, but could not get the reports formatted to suit our needs. We also tried CORAL, but since you have to write a script to bulk-upload resource records, we only partially
populated that system before deciding to wait for ALMA.
We have the Voyager ILS in the “Cloud”, and look forward to migrating to ALMA when that is available, which will
include an ERM. However, we will most likely still use the HERMIS service and have Harrassowitz set up a SUSHI feed to populate COUNTER statistics into the ALMA system.

If you are NOT using an ILS- or ERM-integrated usage statistic management tool (e.g., Serials Solutions COUNTER), what are you using to manage your e-resource usage statistics? Please reply
off-list. Thanks!
