Hello, SERIALST. 

Several years ago, we set up our open url resolver in PubMed.  It has been wonderful and we have had no problems with it at all.  I received discovered OMIM, a genetics database, also at NLM.  I have been having an email conversation with someone there about being able to link to our Outside Linkout Tool when someone clicks on a PubMed reference number.  I have had absolutely no luck in this area and I don't think the person I have been emailing understands open url or is even a librarian.  Is this even possible to do?
