We do include print and microform titles in our A-Z list. The entry on the list does not actually show the holdings, but instead links to the catalog, where the holdings are kept up to date. The entry says we have the title
"in duPont Library's Print and Microform Collections  Click to view which issues the library has on hand."

I have been updating the print titles about twice a year. This is not really "good enough" but every time I have extracted a file from the catalog for this, it has been extremely time-consuming to resolve all of the duplicates and errors. I have been tweaking the process each time to try to streamline it. I finally got it where I thought I could simply extract the records updated since the last time I did it, and manually edit them instead of replacing the entire file. Then we migrated to a new catalog and the dates all got reset in all of the records and I had to start over.  So maybe that method will work this next time.

Thanks very much to everyone who responded to my previous question about tracking usage of current serial issues.  The responses were so helpful I thought Id throw another question out to the list J

We have EBSCO A-Z, which currently lists online titles only. I was wondering if many libraries include print holdings in their A-Z lists, and if so, how often they update them?

Thanks.
