We used Ebsco A-Z but switched to Journal Finder from WT Cox. They set it up. It links only by Journal title but it will link to all of your print
titles also as well as it can manage the licensing aspect and they don’t charge you extra each time you add a title. We found it a cheaper solution for us. I find their service very quick and responsive. They also include online journals that are freely
available.

We show all physical holdings on our Ebsco A-Z list. We note the source as “Library has print” or Library has micro”.
When there is a change of holdings I update it through the collection editor. Those changes are pretty much made in real time.

Subject: [SERIALST] including print holdings in journal A-Z list
Thanks very much to everyone who responded to my previous question about tracking usage of current serial issues. The responses were so helpful I thought
I’d throw another question out to the list J
We have EBSCO A-Z, which currently lists online titles only. I was wondering if many libraries include print holdings in their A-Z lists, and if so, how
often they update them?
Thanks.
