We use our ERM (Millennium) primarily to track information about electronic resources of all kinds. Some resource records are for individual items, if that item is acquired individually, or has some unique access/renewal information– but most records are for bundles or aggregated resources.
We include our library admin software in there too (WebDewey, Cataloger’s Desktop, etc, Serials Solutions, etc).
We display records items that are available to the public, and suppress records for restricted items (so far). We have not analyzed how our users are finding our electronic resources but I doubt that these records are used very much. I could be wrong.
Hope this helps, good luck,
Jane

We display a good number of them in the public catalog.

Do you display your ERM titles in your public catalog?
Thanks,
