Hello,

We are in the process of reviewing our collection development policy and I have been asked to investigate best practices to ensure that we will have perpetual access rights to our e-journals.  Obviously we would want the license agreement to state that we would have perpetual access, but are there other things we should do or things we should be cautious about?  For example, should we be more cautious about click-through licenses ?  Any advise you can offer would be much appreciated.
