I have found EBSCO staff very helpful, too, and Christina is right about getting the information about how to register in EBSCOnet. But first, when you are ready to get started on a journal in EJS, click on the link “All journals by publisher.” Then get the instructions from EBSCONET and go ahead and register all the titles you have from one publisher all at the same time. It will go much more quickly that way.

I had three EBSCO people here for ERM training last month and they really clarified EJS for me. It turns out that if you subscribe to Online or Print plus online, you are eligible for EJS. Some publishers will just go ahead and sign you up and you can get in to the online freely. Others require that the library register and sign up and do all sorts of things to get access to the online through EJS. This explains why so many EJS links don’t work. We haven’t had time to go through our EJS list and check all the links and pursue registering and signing up for the online which need it. EBSCOnet is fairly helpful in this. On the EBSCOnet record it usually tells you how to proceed. For example, I searched the journal October which we have Print plus online. Under Registration required at publisher site, Instructions, it gives very detailed instructions on how to do it.
