Our administration is curious as to the possibility of getting an institutional subscription available for all currently enrolled students and current faculty and staff members for the New York Times. Going a step further, the issues would be accessible if on campus (authentication by IP address) or off campus (authentication by proxy). To me, it SEEMS like something that shouldn't be too difficult (although I suspect it would be quite pricy), but I can't seem to find anyone at the Times who knows anything about a subscription as described.

So, if you have or know anything about a subscription such as that described above, would you please private message me and share the juicy details? Same story if you're interested in what is discovered. Just tryin' to keep inboxes clear (or as clear as possible).
