The paper 2009 Index is available for purchase via the NGS bookstore, but it is also now freely available online.   http://publicationsindex.nationalgeographic.com     I couldn’t find any notice or news item confirming that it’s discontinued, but maybe they are planning on discontinuing the paper after 2009 because of the online access.

Can anyone confirm that the annual National Geographic Index has been  discontinued?  

We have not received the 2009 issue.  Our vendor’s database has the notation  “cancelled -publisher address unknown”.
