Hi list,

We order many of our publications through EBSCO and some of our online subscriptions are (theoretically) IP authenticated through Metapress. However every year it seems to be a struggle to get access to the current year’s subscriptions. I get bounced from Metapress to the publisher and back. Is this something you have experienced as well? Is there something I can do to make this less painful? Since Metapress is part of EBSCO shouldn’t that make getting what we have paid for an easier process?
