ALCTS webinar: Using Web 2.0 Applications in Technical
Services
Description:
This webinar builds on the lively e-forum discussion “Using Web 2.0 Tools
to Enhance Technical Services Work” held in May 2010. The

and examine techniques for encouraging employees to adopt new
technologies.
