Hi Serialisters: 

In January 2010 there was a flurry of emails from Serial-listers regarding EBSCO’s obtaining exclusive database rights from the publishers of a long list of periodicals.

Has anything new come out about this?    

Have Serialisters out there dealt with procedural or policy changes around this issue?
