Not sure this qualifies as experience, but our access dates of journals get reset also, with no notice to us or seemingly, rhyme or reason.  Frustrating!

We have some questions about SFX. If anyone has any experience about below mentioned issues it would be greatly appreciated.

1. When we update SFX monthly, access dates of journals have been resetting. After each update processes, we have to rearrange the access dates.
2. When we search a journal with subtitle in "Starts with option" (for instance "Journal of polymer science. Part A-1, Polymer chemistry"), we could not reach the journal.
3. We would like to make a change (design...etc) in our periodicals main page. Is it possible to do this kind of changes?
