Has
anyone who cancelled journals from Informa Healthcare, had problems with them
calling and asking if we did not renew? We cancelled a lot of
subscriptions from many different vendors, but I’ve never had a vendor be
so relentless in their calls, wondering if we really did not want to
renew. For months we’ve received messages from them and
consistently tell them that we did in fact cancel the two titles they are
inquiring about. We’ve even gone as far as contacting our EBSCO
rep, whom we ordered the two titles through, who contacted the person’s
supervisor to tell them that we are not renewing. Now today I received
another call from a different Informa person wondering the same question.
Has
anybody else had this problem and had any luck making Informa understand that
we don’t want to renew?
