If you cannot wait for Wiley to fix this EZproxy compatibility problem, there is an easy workaround. Add these two lines to your Wiley

configuration:

Find $(".issuesInYear").issueTree();

Replace ;

This disables the snappy "only load a list of issues" functionality and when you click a year link it reloads the entire page - but at least it works.
