Wellington News, our newspaper jobber in Boston, informed us in mid-April that  they are no longer supplying the Monday through Saturday issues for The Times (London),  but they will continue to supply the Sunday Times.  The person I spoke with could give no explanation.

I found the following notice from the "TimesOnline":

A message for our readers in the US
10th April we are no longing printing The Times (Monday through Saturday issues) in New York. This will mean that our newspapers will no longer be available on newsstands in New York. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note that this does NOT affect The Sunday Times which we continue to print in New York.

While this message is directed to the New York readers, I suspect it applies to the rest of us as well.

Our newspaper jobber claims that the “London Times” is no longer available for distribution Mon. – Sat., at least in Greater Boston. Can anyone confirm this? We are still receiving the Sunday edition.
