I asked about this title in January, stating that my vendor reported this replaced the NCTM News Bulletin, that it is “available online & emailed twice a month” but “also printed in a hard copy & mailed out four times a year - March, May, September & December.”  A couple of you responded that you had gotten an issue - I am not recalling whether paper or emailed.  In any case, I decided to claim from my vendor & bide my time.

I still haven’t seen hide nor hair of the thing, and my vendor is now telling me it is available to institutions only online; they are, however, unable to provide access information. 

So I turn to you once again.  Are you getting it?  Are you getting it in print?  Does anyone have a pub contact to share?
