note: indeed, the European waters versions of this publication are still published in England by AC Black (http://www.acblack.com/nautical/article.aspx?id=204),

but the N. American, Caribbean waters versions are no longer published.

This has been discontinued EFF 2009 ed.  I suspect this is part of the Reed Elsevier’s decision to “substantially exit” its Reed Business Information U.S. publishing line.  We got a letter about two other affected titles.
