We also use The HF Group.  However, the office we use is based in Browns Summit, NC.  Their telephone number is (336) 931-0800 and our Customer Service representative is Darlene Lowery.  They have provided us with excellent service and we have not had to rebind anything!

We had a 30% error rate (that needed rebound due to their errors) when we dealt with their Ohio branch.  That is why we switched binderies.
