We have
used Basch for over 3 years now & have just awarded them a contract for the
next 3. They deal with the most difficult part of our list: about 50 international
& foreign language titles distributed among our main library and 4 of our
six branches. They are as good at this as anybody we’ve tried. They do
not yet offer EDI through iii Millennium, our ILS, but they do get back to us
on claims, often more than once. We are on our third or fourth CSR, though, and
this has caused some minor delays.
