We also had a problem with this title. After I tried to claim the print version, I was told by the publisher/EBSCO that no. 2 was published online only. If you look in the publisher box statement found in the first couple of pages, it explains that several issues are printed online only. I also believe the latest issue stated that no. 6 is published online only as well.

Hello. We were getting ready to send the 2009 issues of Sales and
Marketing Management (ISSN 0163-7517) to the bindery when we noticed we
do not have an issue #2. According to ebsconet, no issue #2 was
published. I also checked our full text sources, including Proquest
Research Library, but there is no issue #2. I can't figure anything out
by looking at the publisher's website, as there is no list of issues or
archives. How are you all handling this volume of this title?
