The survey is being posted to multiple lists, please excuse duplication.

We are interested in determining what the outcomes were for those who have agreed to serve as an interim department head in a library. For the purposes of this study, a department head is defined as a position in charge of a discrete working section in the library and which has administrative and personnel management responsibilities.

This short survey should take about 10-20 minutes to complete.

They survey is designed to be anonymous. You may exit they survey at anytime but only substantially complete surveys will be used for data analysis. If you close they survey without submitting no data will be recorded.
