Kathleen Born. The 2009 survey is titled “Reality Bites”. J

Subject: [SERIALST] U.S. Periodicals Price Index
The latest price index on the ALA pages is dated 2005.
Does anyone know of more a more recent report? I am also looking for
recent articles discussing how libraries are dealing with the current crisis
and cuts in the materials budget.
Thanks.
