We use both SWETS and EBSCO and so far we have been satisfied with their service. Having the two works for us.

We use EBSCO, Swets, and Harrassowitz.  Each has their strengths.  The bottom line is customer service.  We’ve had good and terrible service reps.  When we have a terrible rep we don’t send business to or will move titles from the vendor until they make a correction.  Right now we are getting good service from all.
