We are currently trying to implement the 360 Counter from Serials Solutions, and we are just having a plethora of problems. We are not able to get the cost data to show on the reports. With this year's budget environment, it is essential that we have this data. Is there anyone that has successfully implemented the product that would be willing to do a conference call with us?
