I'm looking for guidance regarding the monthly British travel magazine ‘In Britain’, issued by the British Tourist Authority.

Through the April 2009 edition, it was titled ‘In Britain’.

Beginning with Vol. 77, no. 2, May 2009 edition, the title changed to ‘Britain’.

Does this title change require a new record?

If yes, might there be one out there?
