Are there any current EBSCO Jets (Journal Expediting and Technical Services) customers who would be willing to share their experience with this service?

The USGS Library (cca 800 subscriptions, 4 locations) is considering this consolidation service, mainly  to save staff time spent on claiming.  Here are some of our questions:

1.  How satisfied are you with EBSCO Jets?

2. Are the journal shipments timely and complete?

3. Does it greatly reduce (or eliminate) the need to claim?

4. Do you use SISAC barcodes to check the issues in (we have HORIZON)?

5. How are irregular publications tracked through EBSCO Jets?

6. How does EBSCO Jets handle credits accrued when a publication paid for is not received?

7. How are materials shipped (ground, 2-day, trackable)?
