So I see from all the signs and surveyor stakes and heavyset dudes in
orange vests with shovels and rakes and implements of deeestruction that
the Great 16th/23rd Project is FINALLY commencing.  Haven't been able to
find anything online documenting exactly what is going to occur,
however.  Can someone point me to a link to what the final plan adopted
by our lords and masters on the Commission is?  Diagrams, schedules,
etc? :)
