Anyone been on the Gainesville/Hawthorne trail recently? Last I rode on it a few weeks ago it was full of debris and flooded in spots I’ve never seen water on, and I’ve ridden it since before it was paved! Maybe it will take a relatively long dry spell to drain it. Speaking of trails, the somewhat newly paved Santos trail, about 30mi round trip, is really worth the drive. Path is glass smooth, shaded, no long boring straight sections and has some fun rollers to get the heart rate up.
