As Christmas draws nearer and the end of the year closes in, we'd like remind everyone to possibly forego that extra helping of turkey and gravy and replace it with an extra set of sprint intervals.

Gainesville's local racing team, Cycle Logic, will be hosting the annual "Bring It On" race out at Progress Park in Alachua on January 19th, 2013.

The "Bring it On" race has long since signaled the start of the road racing season for us here in North Central Florida. The  flat, wide-open, 1-mile criterium course is perfect for both beginners and veterans to acclimate themselves to 2013 racing.
