I am moving and need to downsize my bicycle quiver, before
Craigslist or Ebay I will offer my near mint Colnago Mapei Team C40
(see Colnago for exact sizing) 54cm C-C top tube, 53.5 C-C seat tube.
This is a limited edition full carbon frame designed for Oscar
Freire's 1st World Championship with the legendary Mapei team. Only
500 were produced world wide. It is equipped appropriate to it's
production year of 2001/2002 with Mavic Ksyrium SSC wheels, Colnago
seatpost, stem, & bars, Mapei saddle (very difficult to find) and of
course full Campagnolo 10 speed grouppo. It was never raced or
crashed and I rode it for about 5 years and it's been displayed and
not ridden other than on rare occasions since then. This is a great
riding frame, I rode it on back to back centuries once and it was
both fast and comfortable. I will throw in the Look Keo's currently
on it if you ride Look, or you can supply your own pedals.

      This particular frameset alone has sold on ebay for $2500+
(check it out, they don't show up too often however). I will sell the
entire bike for $2800 and will be happy to show it to serious buyers
only in the Gainesville area (I currently live in Hawthorne). I will
be out of town from Thursday to Sunday but available otherwise. Hurry
before I change my mind!
