**SUNRISE RIDE**   SUNDAY OCT 1

Meet at 7am at the Chevron NW 43 and 53rd for a 7:15 am sharp
departure.  We will ride approximately 40 miles at 19mph.

We found that we had more than enough light to start the ride at 7:15
last week, so we will try the same for this upcoming week.

*PLEASE NOTE:  For those of you who participate in this ride, or are
contemplating participating in the ride, you should be aware that we do
ride at a time of day in which the sun angle puts us at an increased
risk of crashes with vehicles.  To mitigate this, I strongly recommend
you ride with a mirror, and have good rear facing lighting.
