Last summer the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported that the new 3-feet clearance law goes into effect on October 1, 2006.

Whew, the driver is being charged with "failure to drive in a straight line", how about vehicular manslaughter? Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family left behind.
