The increasingly popular 'Early Bird' ride now has an official new
name: "The Sunrise Ride" (chosen after some intense competition
with other suggestions).  This has been a great ride so far.  We
had about 14 people out last weekend and were back at the Chevron
by 8:45am!  If you prefer riding in the cooler weather and need to
get back early on the weekends, come on out and ride!

SUNRISE RIDE

When:  Sunday July 23rd

Where:  Chevron Station (NW 43rd and 53rd)

When:  7am SHARP - we were lenient last week, but we will get more
strict on our departures - if you want to ride with us, be ready
to ride by 7am!

Distance:  39 miles (we will be back by 9:30am)

Pace:  18-19 miles an hour

* We will regroup at turns (within reason)
* We will not regroup for the last run into the Chevron station -
so be prepared to change your own flat etc...
