Dear Friends:

In addition to the rest stop volunteers, we need a couple of cyclists to
shepherd the runners - one in front to warn any on-coming cyclists or
pedestrians, one at the rear as tailgunner.  You have to be able to ride
6.5 miles as fast as a marathoner can run!
