This weeks schedule is as follows:

Tuesday: Hard rotation.  Route to be determined by group; this is the
last week before we switch to the summer / long route.

Thursday: Tempo.  This is a great ride for people looking for intensity
/ speed work, but are not interested in going as hard as we do on Tuesdays.

Time & Location: 6:00PM depart, NW Chevron.

Fast, hard, training ride.  The Tuesday ride usually ends up being
pretty fast with speeds hovering around 25-27 mph for most of the ride
with attacks reaching 30 mph at times.  The Thursday ride is more
sociable, with speeds hovering in the 23-25 range and a few sprints.  We
do NOT wait for those that get dropped, unless there is a mechanical
reason.  Please be familiar with the NW part of Gainesville.

As always, a helmet is required on all GCC rides.
