Hi everyone, here are the sunset and sunrise rides for this week

Sunset ride - Wednesday Sept 19th, meet at 5:50pm for a 6pm sharp
departure from the Chevron.  23 miles distance with an av speed of
approx 20mph (meaning we cruise at around 21-22mph).   Sunset is 7:35 on
Wednesday so we should be able to finish in the light.  However, I would
recommend some supplemental lighting.

Sunrise Ride - Sunday Sept 23rd, meet at 7:00am for a 7:15am sharp
departure from the Chevron.  Av speed approx 20mph, meaning we cruise on
flats between 20-22mph.  Max speed for the first 30 miles of the ride is
22mph.  Pace will probably pick up in the last 5 miles or so.  Distance
38 miles.

Every Sunday until the Santa Fe century, I will be adding miles onto the
end of the Sunday rides.  This coming Sunday I plan to ride out
Millhopper and back, adding 16 miles to the ride.  Anyone looking for
more miles of course is welcome to join.  I will probably ride at around
17mph, given that I am already dead tired at the end of the regular
Sunrise rides!
