Night Bike Rides
The CSO sponsors night mountain bike rides on the Wednesday closest to the full moon. Night rides are a great way to escape the Florida heat, and they provide a chance to glimpse the Park's nocturnal inhabitants as they start to emerge for their evening activities. Night rides require that you provide your own primary lights for off-road duty-- the brighter, the better. You should also carry a back-up light in case of emergency. Primary lights should be capable of a minimum burn time of two hours. A small donation to the CSO is required for each rider.

Starting time for each night ride is 7:30 pm; rides leave from the Park Headquarters, 12720 NW 109th Lane, Alachua, FL (directions below). The next rides will be held on February 7
