in the weekly dose of pain - metted out by your
friendly neighborhood badboys (i.e. rob mike scott and ken among
others) - esp if ken decides
to do his infamous "intervals off the front"

all relevant sunset/sunrise and gcc rules apply
regroup at all major turns
and try to keep the speed limit under 23 for most of the ride
but, depending who shows up, it may be a little faster
but have no worries - you can hang out at the back with me
or tool around and meet us in alachua (241/441)for the ride in
